Extra days are $25 per camera per day. Prices are before applicable tax. Fill out one form with your package, dates, shipping address and extras. We confirm availability and your total, then send the rental agreement and secure payment link. The form alone does not reserve equipment or take payment. Film length depends on usable footage.
A bachelor or bachelorette trip, or another weekend, too?
Tell us both sets of dates and where the cameras need to go. We can quote a separate rental and edit for the extra event, including the additional shipping. It is not included in the wedding-weekend prices above.

$23 each / rental window
Swap in a spare while another battery charges. Sony NP-FV70A. Recording time varies with settings, temperature and use.
EXTRA 256GB MEMORY CARD
$19 each / rental window
More space for a busy weekend. Return every card with your kit so we can organize the footage. The included film length stays the same.
Extras are added to your selected package, before applicable tax, and confirmed in your proposal. A microphone package is not offered yet.
Your package already includes batteries, chargers, memory cards and a carrying case for each camera. These are extra options, not charges for the included kit.
Tell us which extras you would like in the rental form. Extra batteries and cards are rentals and come back with the cameras.

Here is how it works.
Send us your dates
Choose a cameras-in-hand date at least 14 days away so we have time to prepare your kit and arrange delivery. We confirm the shipping and rental dates before you commit. You receive the equipment list, rental terms and editing plan in your proposal.
Meet your camera
We ship your kit to the address confirmed in your rental agreement, with time to try the camera before the celebration. Follow the quick-start instructions and choose a few people to take turns.
Record the weekend
Ask questions. Hold a shot a little longer. Put the camera down and enjoy yourself, too. Nobody has to perform for it.
Send it back. We edit.
Return the kit by the agreed date using the included return shipping. Our team organizes your files and creates your film. Editing stays in-house with Fox Brush Films.

We are Fox Brush Films, led by Trevor and Hannah McQuay in Wausa, Nebraska. We photograph and film weddings in Omaha, Lincoln, Norfolk and across the region. Our own team handles the creative editing.
Camcorder rentals are new for us. We do not have a rental-film example to share yet.

Our wedding films show our editing work. They use professional cameras, microphones and crew, so they are not a preview of what a guest-shot rental film will look or sound like.

Before you pass the camera.
Does this replace a wedding videographer?
It is a different kind of coverage. Guests choose when and what to record, and camera sound depends on where they stand. It does not guarantee complete vows, speeches or steady coverage. Pair it with a filmmaker if those moments are must-haves.
Can we rent without booking your wedding team?
Yes. Camcorder rental is a standalone option. You can also add it alongside our photography or wedding-film coverage, subject to availability.
Where can you ship the cameras?
Round-trip shipping within the contiguous U.S. and a return label are included. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or vacation rentals. Send us your street address so we can confirm delivery arrangements before booking.
Do our friends need camera experience?
No. We include simple instructions and filming ideas. Try the camera before the wedding, keep the batteries charged and choose a few people who actually want to help.
Do we receive the original footage?
Yes, organized footage files are included. They are the files your guests recorded, not a polished edit of every clip. Keep your own backup after delivery.
What if something breaks or comes back late?
Your rental agreement explains care, loss, damage and late-return terms before you book. If something goes wrong, contact us right away so we can work through the next step.
When will we receive our film?
We confirm the editing timeline in your proposal before booking. The editing schedule begins after the equipment and footage have returned. Tell us if you have a particular deadline in mind.
