Live event production · Nebraska
They cannot be there.
They can still be part of it.
A grandparent watching graduation. A fan following the game from another state. A team joining a presentation from home. We help the people watching elsewhere see what is happening, hear what matters and feel included.
We’re Fox Brush Films, based in Wausa and serving events across Nebraska, including Norfolk, Omaha and Lincoln. Tell us what you’re putting on. We’ll help work out the cameras, microphones, lighting and viewing setup without making you figure it all out first.
More than a camera at the back of the room
Clear sound. Multiple angles.
A team following the moment.
Multi-camera coverage
Move between the speaker, the stage and the reaction in the room. We can plan multiple cameras, live switching and wireless camera connections where the venue and signal conditions make sense.
Microphones & lighting
We have professional microphones and lights, and can coordinate with your venue’s sound team. We work out what your speakers need and what the cameras need to see before the event starts.
People who know the setup
Our team members train with us in-house. Camera operators coordinate with the person switching the stream, with roles planned for your schedule, whether it is one event or several days of coverage.
Your branding on screen
Organization logos, speaker names, title cards and sponsor graphics can be built into the stream. Send us your approved artwork and sponsor requirements so we can plan the look together.
A simple place to watch
We can coordinate an embedded player for your school or organization’s website, or arrange a dedicated livestream page with a link you can share. We confirm compatibility, access and any platform costs first.
Something to watch afterward
Need a replay, a recording for your team or a shorter edited video? Tell us before the event. Recording, editing, delivery and how long a replay stays online are part of the agreed scope.
The right setup, not automatically the biggest one. Camera count, crew, graphics, lighting and recording options are tailored to your event. Not every option is included in the starting price.
A place to start with budget
Coverage that fits what you’re putting on.
Livestream coverage starts at $895. A short program in one room is different from a full day of sports or a conference with several sessions. We’ll talk through the details and give you a clear proposal.
Live event coverage
Starting at $895
A starting point for a single event. We confirm the coverage window, camera and audio plan, crew, viewing destination and setup requirements in your quote.
Expanded production
Custom quote
For events needing more angles, additional operators, wireless camera positions, lighting, sponsor overlays or a more involved sound setup.
Multi-day & recurring events
Built around your schedule
Conferences, tournaments, training sessions and repeat events. We’ll plan the crew, setup time, daily schedule and recording needs together.
Your final price depends on event length, travel, setup and rehearsal time, crew, equipment, internet arrangements, graphics, platform fees and recording or editing needs. We confirm inclusions and any additional charges before booking. Ask us about your school or community event.
Schools. Organizations. Communities.
What are you bringing people together for?
Graduations & school events
Commencement, award ceremonies, school presentations and assemblies. Help relatives and community members follow along when they cannot make it in person.
Sports & tournaments
School and community sporting events, competitions and tournament coverage. We’ll discuss the action, camera positions, venue access and any approved sponsor graphics.
Conferences, talks & training
Keynote speeches, educational talks, panel discussions, company meetings, workshops and multi-day conferences. Plan clear speaker audio, presentation visuals and the needs of remote attendees.
Community & personal events
Fundraisers, nonprofit events, ceremonies, worship services, weddings and memorials. Public or private viewing can be discussed based on the people you want to reach.
For music, performances, school events and sports, we’ll coordinate the plan with your organizer. Any required permissions, participant consent and broadcast rights need to be in place before going live.
Let’s make the technical part less intimidating
You know the event.
We’ll help with the stream.
1. Tell us what is happening
Send your date, venue, rough schedule and who will be watching. It is okay if you do not know how many cameras or microphones you need.
2. Work through the setup
We coordinate internet, power, sound, camera locations, graphics and website access. We also plan setup time, testing and what to do if a connection drops.
3. Share the link
Once the viewing destination is confirmed, you can send it to your audience. Our crew handles the agreed production, with replay or recording delivery arranged in advance.
One important detail: wireless cameras do not replace a reliable internet connection. We assess upload capacity and venue conditions before confirming a stream. Internet and platform interruptions are possible, so backup options are part of the conversation.
Need a promotional film or event photographs too? Explore our commercial video production or professional headshots, and tell us what you need alongside the live coverage.
BEFORE WE GO LIVE
A few practical questions.
No need to know all the equipment names. Start with what you want your viewers to experience.
How much does live event streaming cost?
Our live event streaming starts at $895. The final quote depends on the schedule, venue, crew, camera and audio requirements, graphics, viewing platform and recording needs. Multi-day or expanded productions are quoted individually. The starting price is not an all-options package.
Can you put the livestream on our school or organization’s website?
Yes, we can coordinate an embedded player with the person managing your website, or arrange a dedicated viewing page and shareable link. We check the website, platform, viewer access and any hosting fees before confirming the approach.
Can you include our logo, sponsors and speaker names?
Yes. We can plan approved logos, sponsor overlays, speaker names and title graphics for the stream. Send your brand files, spelling, sponsor commitments and deadlines early enough for us to prepare and check them before the event.
Do you bring cameras, microphones, lights and a crew?
We have multi-camera, professional microphone and lighting options, with trained in-house team members assigned to the production. We can also coordinate suitable feeds from the venue’s sound system. Your proposal specifies the equipment and crew included for your event.
Can your cameras work wirelessly?
Wireless camera connections can be part of the setup, with the crew coordinating angles and switching live. Distance, obstacles and signal conditions affect what will work. We may use wired connections where they are the more practical choice. The stream still needs a suitable internet connection.
What internet or venue access do you need?
We need time to assess the upload connection, power, sound access and camera positions. Please connect us with your venue contact before the event. We’ll discuss testing and contingency options, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet or platform service.
Can you cover a multi-day event or recurring series?
Yes. Tell us the dates, daily schedule, locations and whether sessions overlap. We can plan staffing, setup, graphics and recording needs for conferences, tournaments, training events or a recurring series, subject to team availability.
Can the stream be private, and can we keep a recording?
Private viewing and recording options are available to discuss. Access controls depend on the chosen platform; a shareable link alone is not the same as restricted access. We confirm viewer permissions, recording delivery and replay availability in the proposal.
Where in Nebraska do you provide livestream production?
Fox Brush Films is based in Wausa and works with events across Nebraska, including Norfolk, Omaha and Lincoln. Share your venue address and dates so we can confirm travel, crew availability and the practical setup for your location.
