1. About these terms

This website is operated by Fox Brush Films, LLC, based in Wausa, Nebraska, United States. These terms govern use of foxbrushfilms.co and the website materials we make available. Please use the site only as permitted by these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms do not replace or amend a signed photography, videography, commercial, or other service agreement. If there is a conflict about a booked service, the applicable signed agreement controls, subject to mandatory law. Using the website does not itself book a service, create a client relationship, authorize a payment, or enroll you in marketing.

2. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

Contact forms, consultation requests, guide downloads, and availability buttons are invitations to talk with us, not confirmation that a date is held. We confirm the scope and availability with you before booking. A signed agreement and the agreed retainer secure your date as stated in that agreement.

A proposal may specify an acceptance period, payment schedule, or other conditions. Travel, taxes, additional coverage, team size, licensing, and optional products depend on the project and are confirmed before you commit. Cancellation, postponement, refunds, retainers, rescheduling, substitutions, and delivery obligations are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law—not a blanket rule created by this website.

3. Pricing, collections, and current information

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. A "starting at" price refers to the described starting configuration, not every possible version of a project. Applicable taxes, travel, optional services, and other disclosed charges may affect the total. Coverage hours, image counts, delivery estimates, and inclusions should be read with the qualifications shown alongside them and the details in your proposal.

We aim to keep current offers accurate. Older blog posts, social posts, downloaded guides, screenshots, cached pages, or expired promotions may describe an earlier offering. Check the item's date and ask us to confirm the current details. We may correct errors or update information for future bookings, but a website edit does not unilaterally change an existing signed agreement or remove rights provided by law.

If you notice a discrepancy, please send us the page or document so we can investigate and clarify it. Nothing in these terms authorizes misleading advertising or overrides a specific promise that applicable law requires us to honor.

4. Promotions, discounts, and payment options

A promotion applies only on its stated terms, including any booking window, eligible service, available dates, exclusions, or requirements. "Up to" a stated saving means the maximum available saving, not a discount that every booking receives. Bundle savings, seasonal or weekday offers, and payment options are confirmed in the applicable offer and proposal. Ask before assuming that discounts can be combined or applied to an existing booking.

Any contest or giveaway is subject to its own official rules, including eligibility, entry deadlines, selection procedures, and prize details. These general website terms do not announce a new contest or replace its rules. Offers are not extended solely because an old page or post remains accessible.

5. Portfolio examples, reviews, and recognition

Our portfolio shows examples of our work, not a promise to reproduce another event exactly. Lighting, weather, locations, permissions, schedules, and the people present affect what can be captured. Specific requested deliverables and any guarantees must be addressed in the service agreement.

Testimonials describe individual clients' experiences. An excerpt is not necessarily the client's entire review or an overall rating of every service. Recognition applies to the organization, year, category, and status stated beside it; finalist recognition is not an award win. Questions about a review, credit, or portfolio item are welcome.

6. Copyright, sharing, and gallery access

Photographs, films, writing, logos, graphics, and other website materials are owned by Fox Brush Films or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise identified. You may browse the website and share links to public pages or use sharing features as intended. That permission does not transfer copyright or grant a commercial license.

Unless we or the rights holder authorize it, or applicable law permits it, do not copy, sell, republish, commercially exploit, misattribute, remove watermarks from, or create derivative uses of protected materials. Do not bypass gallery access or download restrictions. Public viewing access is not permission to download, reuse someone's likeness, or use images in advertising. Client download, print, and sharing rights are set out in the relevant agreement or license.

Protect private gallery links and credentials. A guest gallery may have different access and download permissions from a client's gallery. A third-party gallery store may present separate purchase, fulfillment, and return terms; review those before ordering.

7. Free guides and planning resources

Where a resource is offered for download or copying, you may use it for your own planning and share it with the people helping plan your event, subject to any stated resource-specific terms. Unless expressly allowed, do not resell it, remove ownership notices, or present it as your own commercial product.

Templates and planning suggestions are general starting points, not legal, financial, safety, or venue-specific advice. Adapt them to your actual event and confirm logistics with the relevant professionals. A free resource does not require you to book us or create a service commitment on either side.

8. Responsible use and submissions

Do not use the website to break the law, impersonate another person, submit spam or malicious code, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights. Provide accurate contact details and submit only material you are entitled to share. We may restrict misuse to protect the site and its users, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an inquiry lets us use it to respond and evaluate the requested work, as explained in our Privacy Policy. It does not transfer ownership of your material or grant us a blanket publicity release. Nothing here prevents honest reviews or other speech protected by law.

We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser or extension, or freedom from every technical error. Maintenance, provider changes, or outages may affect access. If a page, form, or download does not work—or you need information in another accessible format—email us so we can help. Website downtime does not change obligations in a signed service agreement.

11. Limits and rights that remain yours

Nebraska law governs these website terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing here imposes mandatory arbitration, waives a class action, or prevents you from contacting a regulator or exercising a legal right.
