Wausa-based team · Events across Nebraska
Event & conference photography + video.
Keep the day working for you.
People gathered. Ideas shared. A room full of moments you cannot be everywhere to see. We help you plan photographs, films and recording around what your event needs to accomplish.
Venue 5 Twenty-Two, Lincoln · Venue photography by Fox Brush Films
Start with what you need to keep
One gathering.
A few different ways to share it.
A conference, company celebration, fundraiser or community event. Tell us what matters most, and we will work out the coverage rather than send you a list of things you do not need.
Event photographs
Speakers, guests, your team and the details that make the event yours. We plan the must-have photographs and how you will use the finished gallery.
Films + interviews
A recap, a story told by the people there, or shorter pieces for your next campaign. We agree on the edits and formats before filming.
Recording + livestreaming
Help people follow a session from elsewhere or revisit it afterward. Cameras, audio, venue internet and recording requirements need their own plan.
Real project · Commercial State Bank
More than a record
of who was there.
Commercial State Bank’s 100-year celebration brought people together in Elkhorn. Conversations from the gathering became part of an interview-led film about the bank and its community.
This is an anniversary event example, not a conference. It shows how the voices at a gathering can give you something useful to share afterward.

Coverage + pricing
A quote built around
your actual agenda.
A single-room celebration and a two-day conference need different plans. Event photography and video are custom quoted around coverage hours, locations, simultaneous sessions, crew and the finished pieces you want.
Useful starting points: livestream coverage starts at $895, with the setup and scope confirmed for your event. That is not a combined conference photography-and-video package. See livestream details.
Headshots during an event? Published team rates start at $125 per person for 2–9 people, or $110 per person for 10+, plus $250 setup per location/session. See inclusions and starting totals.
Travel, applicable tax, extra rooms, additional edits and other requirements are confirmed in your proposal. We agree on the total, coverage and delivery schedule before you book.
A few things to work through.
Can you cover more than one room?
Tell us which sessions happen at the same time. We will work through crew, cameras and audio before confirming coverage. One camera or one filmmaker cannot cover two simultaneous sessions in different rooms.
Can we get complete session recordings and a recap?
We can discuss both, but they are different deliverables. Share the agenda, presentation format and intended uses. Your proposal will specify which sessions and edits are included.
Will you coordinate with our venue and AV team?
Include your venue and AV contact in the planning conversation. We need to discuss microphone feeds, camera positions, lighting, power and, for a livestream, a suitable internet connection before promising a setup.
How soon will we receive the photographs and films?
Tell us your deadline, especially if you need content during the event or for an announcement immediately afterward. We confirm a delivery schedule and any rush work in the proposal; same-day delivery is not automatically included.
Can we use the work on our website, social media and in ads?
Tell us every planned use before booking. We will confirm the agreed usage, formats and any music or other licensing requirements. Your organization should also arrange the necessary speaker and attendee permissions.
Where do you work, and who handles the editing?
We are based in Wausa and work across Nebraska, including Norfolk, Omaha and Lincoln. Ask about events elsewhere in the region. Our own team handles the creative editing, and travel is included in the quote where needed.
What happens after we inquire?
We review your date, location, agenda and priorities, then follow up to work through scope. An inquiry does not reserve the date. Your agreement and required payment confirm the booking.
