Business content support · Wausa, Nebraska

Website and social content support for your business.

Photography, video, blog writing and website updates for businesses and marketing teams—with content planning, captions and client-approved social posting or scheduling available in the same agreed scope.

A custom plan for your channels, people and approval process.

What we can help with

Make the content. Keep the details current.

Choose the support your team actually needs. The number of pieces, channels, production days and updates is set out in your proposal.

Photos + video

Our in-house team can create original photographs, interviews and films around your people and work. Intended uses and any alternate edits are planned before production.

Social content support

Content planning, captions and approved posting or scheduling for agreed channels. You review and approve content before it is published.

Website + blog content

Keep service details current, write useful articles and improve agreed page copy, titles, descriptions, photo descriptions and internal links.

Social support does not include comment or direct-message moderation, customer replies or paid advertising. Technical website maintenance is separate and only included when agreed.

Original content, made in-house

The people making the plan can make the photographs and films, too.

We create business photographs and interview-led films with our own production team. That gives us real material to work with when planning a website update, an article or an approved social post.

A shared workflow

Plan it. Review it. Then publish it.

Content support works best when everyone knows who supplies facts, who approves the work and who presses publish.

01 / Scope the work

Pick the channels + priorities

Discuss your audience, upcoming work and existing material. Agree on deliverables, channel access, cadence, review steps and the responsibilities on each side.

02 / Create + approve

Review the content together

We prepare the agreed copy and visuals. Your designated reviewer confirms business facts, permissions and the content before it is scheduled or posted.

03 / Publish as agreed

Keep the plan manageable

Approved content is posted or scheduled on the agreed channels. Website changes follow the agreed review process; new requests are checked against scope.

Clear expectations

What is—and is not—part of the plan.

Will you post the content for us?

Client-approved posting or scheduling can be included for agreed channels. We agree on the channel access, content cadence and approval workflow in your proposal. Posting is not automatic: your designated reviewer approves the content first.

Do you reply to comments or messages, or manage ads?

No. This offer covers content planning, captions and approved posting or scheduling—not comment or direct-message moderation, customer-service replies or paid advertising. Your business retains responsibility for those conversations and activities.

How many posts, articles or updates will we receive?

That depends on the scope we agree on. We do not assume a fixed monthly quantity, turnaround or unlimited revisions. Production days, individual deliverables, posting cadence and review limits are confirmed in the proposal.

Can you help with SEO and website updates?

Yes. Agreed work can include useful articles, current service information, page copy, titles, descriptions, relevant photo descriptions and clear internal links. We work with WordPress and Squarespace. Rankings, traffic, followers and inquiries are not guaranteed.

Technical maintenance, hosting, backups, security monitoring and plugin work are not automatically included in content support; any technical tasks must be specifically agreed.

Can we use content we already have?

Yes, when it is suitable for the intended use and you have the necessary permissions. We can review your existing material and identify any new photographs, interviews or footage needed. Additional production or alternate versions must be part of the agreed scope.

How do you price ongoing support?

We prepare a custom proposal around the content, channels, production and review work. Applicable tax, travel, third-party subscriptions and other project costs are discussed in that proposal. Tell us your priorities and budget so we can talk through a workable scope.

A little less to coordinate

What would help your team most?

Tell us where content gets stuck: making it, writing it, updating the site or getting approved posts out. We can discuss the pieces you need.

In our business inquiry form, choose “Other or General Inquiry” and mention content support, including the channels or website you use, in your project details.
