Plus $250 setup per location/session. Team rates apply when everyone is photographed at the same scheduled session, with one agreed backdrop or setting. Two-person minimum.
Included for each person: five finished images, posing and expression guidance, basic retouching and digital gallery delivery.
Just need one headshot session? Individual sessions start at $375, including setup for one person, one location and one backdrop.
Travel is not included. Applicable sales tax is additional. Extra looks, extensive retouching and separate return visits require a quote. Your proposal confirms the scope and final total before booking.

Can we book just one person, or a whole team?
Both. Tell us how many people need photographs, whether everyone can attend together and where you would like the session to happen. Those details help us plan the setup and quote.
What if people feel awkward having their photograph taken?
You do not need to practice a pose. We usually work through three to five poses, sitting or standing, and help with small adjustments along the way. Tell us about anything that would make the session more comfortable.
What should our employees wear?
Begin with clothing that fits their roles and your company guidance. Check fit, wrinkles and lint ahead of time. The free guide includes a staff message you can adapt so everyone gets the same instructions.
How much do team headshots cost?
Starting rates are $125 per person for teams of 2–9, or $110 per person for 10 or more, plus $250 setup per location/session. Everyone is photographed at the same scheduled session with one agreed backdrop or setting. Five finished images per person are included. Travel and applicable sales tax are additional. What photographs do we receive, and when?
A typical session includes around five lightly touched-up photographs per person in an online gallery. Your designated organizer or staff can download their images for agreed business and professional uses. We usually aim for delivery within a week, depending on team size and scope. Your proposal confirms the number of images, usage and delivery date.
What kind of retouching is included?
We aim for a polished photograph that still looks like you. Advanced changes, such as acne removal, are not part of our usual light touch-ups. If you want more detailed retouching, ask before booking so we can agree on the work involved.
Can you photograph us at our workplace?
Yes. We especially like using your real space, with lighting and a background that suits the business. For a quiet, consistent setup we may plan before opening or after the workday. We will discuss employee availability and areas where customers or other staff might pass through. A colored backdrop is another option, including custom colors by arrangement.
Can we include other business photographs or a film?
Yes, we can discuss a combined shoot. Team-at-work photographs, space photography and interviews need their own planning time. Explore our commercial photo and film work and tell us what you need before we set the schedule.
