A few things worth thinking through.
Choose places with a reason.
Have a field, court or favorite place in mind? Tell us. We will consider the light, travel time and any access permission together. You do not need a long list of locations to get variety.
Wear something that feels right.
Start with clothes that fit comfortably and feel like you. Share your outfit ideas beforehand so we can think about how they work with the setting. Bring the uniform or instrument if it matters to your story.
Start with the deadline.
If your school needs a yearbook photograph, send us the deadline and file requirements early. That helps us work backward when discussing a session date and delivery.

Can you help us choose a location?
Yes. Tell us where you are based and what kind of setting you like. We can discuss options around Wausa, Norfolk and Northeast Nebraska. If you are thinking about Yankton, Omaha, Lincoln or another location, ask about travel and availability.
What if I feel awkward in front of a camera?
That is okay. We offer direction instead of leaving you to figure it out. You can tell us what you are comfortable with, and we will keep talking as we work.
What happens if the weather changes?
Outdoor plans depend on weather and light. We will talk through the forecast and options with you. Ask us about the rescheduling terms before booking so everyone knows the plan.
Will you change how I look?
We adjust color, light and composition while keeping the person and setting real. We do not add people or invent scenes unless specifically requested. Tell us about any particular retouching request before the session so we can discuss what is involved and any extra cost.
How many photos will I receive, and when?
That depends on the session you book. We confirm the included images and delivery timeframe in your proposal. If you need photographs for graduation announcements or a yearbook, please tell us before choosing a date.
