We can hop on a quick consult call, talk through your plans and answer all the little questions. Bring your partner, a parent or whoever is helping you figure this out.

Your date is reserved when your agreement is signed and the agreed retainer is paid. Sending this form or booking a call does not reserve it.

OUR PROCESS

  • Send your date, location and a little about what you’re planning. We’ll check the team’s availability and set up a free consult call. Bring your partner, parents or anyone helping you make the decision. We want to hear what matters to you and see whether we click.

  • After we talk, we’ll send a proposal and agreement with your coverage, deliverables, travel costs and payment schedule clearly laid out. Ask us anything before signing. Your signed agreement and agreed retainer reserve the date. Payment plans are available.

  • We’ll get to know your people, the moments you care about and how the day is coming together. We help fit portraits, family photos and film coverage into a shared timeline. Your crew reviews the plan together, so you don’t have to explain the same thing to two teams.

  • We arrive ready for the coverage you’ve booked, with backup gear and a plan the crew knows. We’ll give you a little direction when you need it and room to enjoy your people when you don’t. Headsets keep us coordinated without shouting across your ceremony.

  • Our team edits your photographs and films, then delivers the work included in your collection through your own gallery or viewing link. Sneak peeks, films, albums and delivery timing depend on the collection you choose. Your proposal makes those details clear before the wedding.
