Your original footage, organized and yours to keep.
For $249, we provide a new 1TB external hard drive, organize the original clips recorded on your rental cameras, label the drive with your name, and ship it to you. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. is included. This is a purchase: the drive is yours to keep.
SOLD SEPARATELY FROM YOUR COLLECTION
The Keepsake and The Full Weekend include one finished edited film only. Original/raw footage delivery, file organization for delivery and a physical drive are not included in either collection. Add this drive if you want the original clips. We do not provide an online raw-footage download.
After your rental kit returns, we copy and organize the original footage, then ship your keepsake drive as soon as that work is complete. You do not need to wait for the finished film. The drive ships separately from the rental kit; we email tracking when it ships. Carrier transit time is additional. We contact you promptly if there is a processing or shipping delay; any cancellation or refund rights required by law remain unchanged.
Original footage means the clips your guests recorded, organized into folders—not a separate edit of every clip. Usable drive capacity is less than 1TB after formatting. If your footage exceeds that capacity, we contact you about options before any additional charge. No automatic upgrade fees. Keep a second backup after delivery.
Seagate drive shown for reference; the supplied 1TB drive may be a comparable model.
