Choose one collection per order. Add more cameras separately if you need them; extra cameras do not increase the included film length.
Original/raw footage delivery, file organization for delivery and a physical hard drive are not included. No online raw-footage download is provided. The optional $249 Footage Keepsake Drive includes a 1TB external drive, organized original camera files, a name label and delivery after your footage is processed. You keep that drive.
Enter the date you need the cameras in hand at checkout, at least 14 days from today and before your event. Seven calendar days are included, counting that date as day 1. Extra days are $25 per camera per day. Add the correct extra camera-days before checkout.
Rental cameras and accessories must be returned. Ship to a finalized street address where someone can sign; no P.O. boxes or vacation rentals. Film length depends on usable footage. Review rental delivery and return policies before ordering.
TURNAROUND
Your edited film will be delivered within 180 business days after we receive the returned rental equipment and footage. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is not 180 calendar days. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific earlier deadline.
RESERVATION RETAINER + CANCELLATION
Full payment is collected at checkout. Fifty percent is a reservation retainer, not an additional fee. A customer-requested cancellation more than 30 calendar days before the event and before kit shipment receives a 50% refund. At 30 days or less before the event, or after kit shipment, no customer-requested cancellation refund is available. Legally required rights and remedies for Fox Brush Films errors are not limited.
