What I remember most about Kylie and Chase’s wedding is the beauty of the place and the people who filled it. They brought their venue vision and their families together under one roof, and seeing that happen was pretty special.
They celebrated on July 12, 2025, at Venue 5 Twenty-Two in Lincoln, Nebraska. Kylie had helped bring the venue to life. Now she got to experience it as the bride, with Chase beside her and their people there to celebrate.
The black-and-white details were beautiful. So were the flowers, the outdoor ceremony, and the reception. But the part that stayed with me was how much love was in that space. A truly one-of-a-kind day.
Getting Ready at Venue 5 Twenty-Two
Kylie and Chase both got ready at the venue, which gave the morning some breathing room. No packing everything into cars between getting ready and the ceremony. Just time to settle in with their people.
The bright getting-ready spaces gave us room to work while everyone enjoyed the morning. We also photographed and filmed the venue that day, so our team was balancing wedding coverage with showing the space itself. That took coordination behind the scenes, especially as rooms moved from quiet preparations to a full celebration.
An Emotional First Look Outside the Venue
Their first look happened just outside. There was some laughter, a hug, and a little time together before the ceremony. We could give them space and still preserve those reactions.

What It Is Like to Have a Wedding at Venue 5 Twenty-Two
The biggest practical benefit on this day was having everything on one property. Getting ready, the ceremony, dinner, and dancing flowed together without a drive across town.
That did not mean every minute needed to be filled. It meant there was more room for conversations, hugs, and the moments happening around the main events. If you are considering this venue, ask its team about the spaces and arrangements available for your date.

Live music from The Downtown Collective welcomed everyone into the ceremony. Greenery, soft flowers, and the clean lines of the venue made a beautiful setting without taking the attention away from Kylie and Chase.
From behind the cameras, we were watching both directions: the couple at the front and the people sharing that moment with them. Those reactions are a big part of the story, too.
A moment to take it all in.
At one point, the officiant asked them to turn around and look at everyone gathered behind them. It was a simple moment, but it showed what this whole day was about.
They had brought all these people together. Now they could actually stop and see it. Years from now, I want their film to bring back that moment of seeing everyone together.
Vows, Rings, and a Unity Candle
They exchanged vows and rings, then lit a unity candle. The Nebraska wind added a little unpredictability, they worked through it, and the ceremony carried on.
Weddings happen in real time. A small, unplanned moment does not take away from the beauty of the day. Sometimes it is one of the things you remember most.
A Modern Black-and-White Wedding Reception
The reception brought a different energy to the space. Warm lights, white flowers, and greenery softened the black-and-white design, and the room filled with conversation.
During the toasts, we watched the tables as well as the speakers. The smiles and laughter from the people listening mattered just as much as what was happening at the microphone.
Then DJ Romeo got the dance floor going. Seeing the venue full of people celebrating Kylie and Chase was a pretty beautiful finish to everything they had brought together.
