Yes, this is a real thing.
YES, I RUN WHILE JUGGLING.
I’m Trevor McQuay, founder and owner of Fox Brush Films, a Nebraska photo and video company based in Wausa. I’m also a husband, dad, marathon runner and, for reasons that made perfect sense at the time, a joggler.
That means I run while juggling three balls. I have now done it for two full marathons, or 52.4 race miles, because apparently running 26.2 miles was not already inconvenient enough.
Three balls. A lot of miles. More bad bounces than I would prefer to admit.
Joggling is a goofy, weird, borderline offensive thing haha. I do NOT want people to even think it’s not a dorky thing, and that is kind of the point. It gives people something to smile about, makes them look twice at races and creates a pretty unusual opportunity for the businesses supporting it. Because really, who likes running enough to juggle three balls while doing it? This guy.

WHAT I CAN HONESTLY PROMISE
I will make a real effort to wear and tag current sponsor branding in training, race-day and social content whenever it makes sense.
I will not promise that every post, run or appearance will show every sponsor. Sometimes race rules, weather, laundry or the wrong shirt wins. Sometimes I am simply forgetful. Sometimes I forget to post anything at all. I would rather say that now than pretend I am a flawless brand ambassador. I am not.
What I will promise is that every guaranteed webpage placement, jersey placement and planned piece of sponsor content will be written down clearly before we begin. Anything beyond that is honest, best-effort exposure as the training and races happen.

That could be a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon, ultra, relay or the run leg of a triathlon. For obvious reasons, I will not be juggling during the swimming or biking parts. I make questionable decisions, but I do have limits.
Depending on the date, location, travel, race-organizer approval, training time and sponsorship amount, we will see what we can make happen.
A requested race appearance, travel requirement or dedicated Fox Brush Films commercial production may need its own custom plan beyond an annual partnership.

A FEW THINGS WE’VE BEEN JUGGLING LATELY
COMMERCIAL FILM: WAUSA COMMUNITIES FOR KIDS
One of my favorite recent commercial and community projects. We interviewed parents, childcare providers and local leaders, then built the film around the people actually doing the work in Wausa. Real voices, real places and no corporate script trying to sound human.
WEDDING FILM: KYLIE + CHASE
Kylie and Chase built Venue 5 Twenty-Two, then trusted our in-house Nebraska team to film their own wedding there. This trailer is one of my favorite examples of what happens when the people, place, audio and visuals all get to tell the same story.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY: GRACE + ALEX
